"A la Paris" in Suchitlán

I took the name for my blog from the American Indian Cowboy Humorist and Trick Roper Will Rogers. Tonight, we shared a seven dollar filet mignon “a la Paris,” sitting in the bell tower of La Villa Balanza. Overlooking Lago Suchitlán, with the bugs buzzing but not biting, it was especially delicious.

But we’re heading South, so no lingering.

Time to drive.
