It is mother's day.
I talked to your brother yesterday.
Sounds good.
Gypsy runs in circles around the yard.
She is waiting for her mom & dad to come home.
She is mostly organic these days.
I love reading Tim's version of your adventures.
You are both fantastic writers.
More close up photos, please.
Mother love coming your way.

Thanks to your wonderful writing, Freda, I feel like I'm there! I have to admit, though, that when I got to El Rodeo, I was ready to be here instead! I'm really enjoying the photos, too. I hope Dolly is treating you right through the mainland. Thanks for sharing your adventure.

I can't believe you guys are still having car trouble. Maybe you should park the car and take the buses through Mexico. Heather

YO - Old Mexico = wonderful contrasts. Wet & dry, Hot & cold, young & old, rich & poor. All side by side - some at the same time - some in different time zones - some in different realities. I just got back from a week in Cabo San Lucas - Baja Peninsula - Marina Fiesta Resort. Your rooms cost $22 a night - my breakfast the last morning before jet flight home was $22 plus propina - rooms are a few hundred dollars - a night. Contrasts - outside temp was 82 every day - 72 every night. Temp in my air-con, hermetrically sealed, resort room - was what ever I damn well wanted. I travled for 9 months in Mexico one time - this last trip was 9 days - and I loved them both. Back in Idaho now - flying to Mendo for the Fourth. See ya then. Love & Peace to all. I wish my Love & Peace worked. CHUCK WEST.....
